Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at info@fioraclothing.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with:

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in quality-checking every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt with:

  • Your order number, and

  • Clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review the case promptly and do our best to replace or refund the item as needed.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimates, undergarments, or other hygiene-sensitive apparel

  • Accessories or products marked “non-returnable” on the product page

Exchanges

To ensure you get your preferred size or design as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item after your return has been approved.
Once we receive and inspect your original item, your refund will be processed as described below.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

  • If more than 7 business days have passed since you received your refund confirmation and it hasn’t appeared, please contact us at info@fioraclothing.com.
