Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Our 7-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return Window: 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery.

Proof of Delivery: The courier's delivery confirmation date will be considered day one.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
For us to accept a return, the item must meet the following strict conditions:

Condition: Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and ironed.

Original State: Must be free of perfumes, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, or any odors.

Tags & Packaging: All original price tags, brand tags, and labels must be attached and intact. The item must be returned in its original packaging (polybag or box).

Defective/Incorrect Item: If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence (see Section 5).
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewelry and fashion accessories.

Lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear.

Items purchased during a flash sale or clearance sale.

Any item customized or altered specifically for the customer.
3. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

The Product Name you wish to return.

Approval & Instructions: We will review your request within 1-2 working days and, if approved, will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the full return shipping address.

Shipment: You are responsible for sending the product back to us at the designated address.

Shipping Cost: The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Courier: Use a reliable, traceable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopard, etc.).

Tracking: Email us the courier tracking number within 1 day of shipping the return. We are not liable for packages lost in return transit without a valid tracking number.

4. Refunds & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Once your return is received and inspected (which takes 2-3 working days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing:

For Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card): The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within [Number] working days.

5. Exchanges and Sizing Issues
We currently DO NOT offer direct exchanges due to the rapid change in our stock availability.
If you require a different size or color:

Follow the Return Process (Section 3) to return the item you have.

Place a new order for the desired size or color on our website. This ensures you secure the item before it sells out.

We will process the refund for the returned item separately upon receipt and inspection.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)
If you receive a garment that is defective (torn, stained, incorrect size/style as per your order) we will cover the costs.

Action: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the defect/issue.

Resolution: We will arrange a free reverse pickup or reimburse your shipping cost (up to a maximum of Rs. [Amount]) and offer either a full refund or a replacement (based on stock availability and your preference).
