Our Promise
At Fiora, we strive to deliver your stylish clothing orders quickly and securely across Pakistan. We work with leading national courier services to ensure your garments reach you in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing Time
Order processing refers to the time it takes for us to verify your order, quality check the garments, and package them for dispatch.

Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Confirmation: Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) may require a quick phone call verification before they are processed.

Sale Periods: During major sales, seasonal launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended up to 3-4 working days due to high volume.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates (Within Pakistan)
We partner with reliable courier services, including [Name your primary courier, e.g., TCS, Leopard, Trax] and other reputable partners.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. Fiora is not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, courier service issues, or national holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location at the time of checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above PKR [Insert Minimum Amount, e.g., 5,000]. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenience for our customers. By selecting COD, you agree to the following terms:

Verification: You may receive a verification call from Fiora or our courier partner to confirm your COD order. If verification is not completed, your order may be cancelled.

Payment: The exact cash amount due (total order value + shipping fee) must be paid to the courier staff at the time of delivery.

No Trial/Partial Payment: Packages cannot be opened or tried on before payment is made. Partial payment for one item in a multi-item order is not accepted.

Refusal of Order: If a COD order is refused or not accepted upon delivery, it will be marked as a failed delivery. Repeated instances of refusing confirmed COD orders may result in your account being blocked from future COD purchases.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your Tracking Number and a link to the courier's tracking website.

Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the system to show the initial update.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery 1 to 2 times. If delivery fails, the package may be held at the nearest courier center for pick-up for a limited time before being returned to Fiora.
6. International Shipping

If you DO offer international shipping: International delivery details (costs, customs duties, and delivery timelines) will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country.

If you DO NOT offer international shipping: We currently deliver only within Pakistan. We hope to expand our shipping network soon!
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to Fiora, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.
